Hi everyone! I'm working solo on Pixel Defenders, a pixel-art tower defense game for mobile, and I'd love some honest feedback before I move on to the next chapter.

I've seen some of your games here in this sub and I felt inspired to try and make my own game. I'm not a game developer by any means, so I built it with the help of an AI coding assistant, but this whole idea is really uplifting.

It's really simple, but I'm excited as a first project that is available for you to test.

So far I developed 20 levels in the first realm, fighting orcs and human traitors.

You have 6 towers (Archers, Barracks, Mage, Catapult, Fire and Lightning).

There are 3 special powers (Blizzard, Meteor and Lightning), and between waves you pick a face-down card that might be a blessing… or a curse.

Some maps have two entrances, one scrolls sideways, and in one of them a brand-new path opens in the middle of the level.

I'd really really love tro know your thoughts about it. I'm really excited to make it work.

Thanks for playing! I'll read every comment. 🙏

Involvement: Solo project. I did the game design, levels and all the playtesting; I'm not a programmer, so the code was written with an AI coding assistant.
